Our diamonds and fine jewelry are crafted with care and precision. Because every screen displays color differently and many pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not be an exact representation of the item you receive. This is part of what makes each piece unique.
Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your region for convenience. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). Currency conversions are approximate and may vary slightly at the time of payment depending on your bank or payment provider's exchange rate. Prices may change, but once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, your price is locked in. Orders must be paid in full before shipping.
For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority. Flawless Facet has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Custom pieces are created just for you. For that reason, once production begins, these orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
We reserve the right to review and cancel orders if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or inventory issue. If that happens, we'll notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any amount charged.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at support@flawlessfacet.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If we are unable to reach a resolution, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Custom, engraved, special-order, and sale items are final sale unless defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 7 - 10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are processed in USD; any currency conversion differences are not our responsibility.
Return shipping must be insured and is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
Every order is handled with care.
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you believe a package was marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
